We can also add the fact that our first objective is to guarantee customer satisfaction and to keep to their schedule. In addition to our experienced team we also count on a modern and comfortable car fleet. Our car fleet has all necessary comforts for an excellent trip: Wi-Fi, snacks, water and others. In the case of tours, most of the times we provide an offer, for example an entrance to a palace, a wine tasting session, liquor, tapas, and so on. In some cases, we also offer discount vouchers for an upcoming trip, so that the client can re-use it or offer it to family or friends, in order to try our experience. What we offer is a unique experience where our main focus is to provide all our customers with a safe and comfortable trip.

  • What is a difference between group and private tour?
    Group tour means you join the group of people and share tour with other participants and private tour is made special for you and participants that you will indicate at the time of booking.
  • Does your services include a Driver?
    Yes, our services include a Driver.
  • Will the guide / driver be with us during the visits to the inside of the monuments / museums?
    This guide/driver will share relevant knowledge and information with you during the tour. However, many times, it isn’t possible for the guide to be with you inside of the monuments/museums. This is due to two important factors: 1. First one is a parking, in big cities or historical places, the parking can be difficult, in case happens the guide will be next to the vehicle 2. The second one reason is that we carry about client’s luggage and we try to avoid leaving the vehicle unattended. (NOTE) * As our services are personalized and adapted to client’s needs, you can always choose the option of being accompanied by 2 members of our team. In this case, you will be accompanied by driver and a guide who will be totally at your disposal during all visits. Guide service is not included in the tour price and will have an additional cost. (NOTE) ** The guide/driver provides relevant information, focusing on the main points of interest and also support the purchase of tickets so that you do not have to be in the queues.
  • We want a guide and a driver, is it possible?
    Yes, we can add an extra guide.
  • I have a preference for a tour that is not indicate, can make a special one?
    Yes! You can always make a suggestion, or indicate where you would like to go to create a tour specifically for you.
  • Does the price include entrance and/or meal?
    The monuments / museums entrance tickets, meals, wine tasting, tasting of regional sweets is only included when indicated.
  • Does the price of the Cometa Trip include insurance?
    Yes. We have all the necessary insurance.
  • If I need to cancel the booking am I penalized?
    Cancellation more than 3 days without penalty. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the date of service will be penalized with 25% of the total amount. Cancellation on the day of the service will be penalized with 100%.
  • Payment Options?
    You can pay via bank transfer, we also accept PayPal and cash.
  • Does the guide accept gratuities?
    Gratuities are appreciated, although not mandatory.
