Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any service can be rescheduled, provided the customer communicates the request in advance.
Rescheduling must be requested up to two days before the scheduled service date; after this deadline, changing the date may not be possible.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 48 hours before the service date: 0% cancellation fee.
- Up to 24 hours before the service date: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the service date: 100% cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 days, using the same payment method, unless otherwise indicated by the customer.
