Rescheduling requests must be made at least two days before the scheduled service date; after this deadline, rescheduling may not be possible. Cancellation Policy: - Up to 48 hours before the service date: 0% cancellation fee. - Up to 24 hours before the service date: 50% cancellation fee. - Less than 24 hours before the service date: 100% cancellation fee.
